Maybe my selfishness comes in waves; I don't know. It was one of the biggest adjustments, I think, to having a child--putting his needs before my needs like sleep, eating, showering, etc. Maybe I didn't give myself over fully enough. Maybe I held back. Maybe I told myself, "I'll do this for now, but once he can walk/put food in his mouth/entertain himself, I'M OUTTA HERE." (Well, I'm done doing this for him.)<BR/><BR/>I'm so tired of being frustrated with him. I need to just let go.<BR/><BR/>THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS POST, LINDSEY!!
