My least favorite word

I hate the word moist. Absolutely hate how it feels and sounds when you say it. However, I like my desserts to be moist and there really isn't a better word to describe a moist piece of chocolate cake. Sure you can combine words to make the same meaning but that's not productive. So my friends, can anyone be my thesaurus and come up with a better word?

Oh and what is your least favorite word?

What about gooey? I know it doesn't really mean the same thing as moist, but when describing a piece of cake, wouldn't you think gooey and moist mean the same? I would.

Yay! It's like you've come back from the dead! I'm so excited!

This is a funny post for me because Cami hates that word, too, and sometimes Lexi and I tease her about it. Oddly enough, though, you two are not the only ones I know who hate that word. I can't quite understand it, but it looks like you'll have to use it: http://www.merriam-webster.com/thesaurus/moist.

There are two words I do hate with a passion, but I don't want to even write them on here. They're not cuss words, but I hate them. Maybe I'll tell you offline. :)

Welcome back! Thanks for giving me something to smile about first thing today. Can't think of just one word to replace the dreaded "m" word. Luscious texture doesn't quite cut it.

Like Sara I have 2 words that bug the heck out of me - so much that I don't like to type them. My college roommates used to taught me with one.

I hate that word too! Ever since I watched the cinderella story it has rocked my core. We just say it in an annoying tone when we are eating something moist...because like you say, it is hard to replace with any other word.

ginormous

That is NOT a word! Except that it is -- it's in the dictionary sadly.
