Reflection

I have gotten pretty good at keeping Sadie distracted while I'm doing something that doesn't include changing diapers and wiping her runny nose. Like, I will only run when it's feeding time. I stick her in her crib with a bottle and she will usually last about 30 minutes. Or, I take a shower when she is sleeping.

Sometimes something comes up and I can't work around her schedule. The other day I needed to take a shower but Sadie wasn't ready for a nap. I placed her on the floor near the bathroom. I left her with toys and hoped she would be fine. But, the minute she heard the shower turn on, she started to cry. She cried while I washed my face. She cried while I washed my hair. She cried while I shaved my legs. It was the cry that I hate. It was like, "Hey, I know everything is fine but I want attention."

So, I rushed my shower and just as I was rinsing the conditioner out of my hair, she stopped. I got a little worried because I had no idea what would have made her stop. As I was drying my hair, I heard her talking to herself. She was giggling and making her cute baby sounds that I love. I peeked over the corner and there she was on her tummy, posing in the mirror. She had found herself and liked what she saw.

What can I say? My baby has good taste!

Oh Blake! Stop with the rich and good looking! Sadie is sooooo beautiful because she comes from good gene stock. It has nothing to do with Money!
She was so cute on the video Clay shot in NYC. You should post the video of her and the girls shutting and opening the stroller lids very quickly. It made me laugh, she was laughing so hard! What a great baby! Great Attitude! Love MOM Snow
