No Left Turn

One of my least favorite things to do is to make a left turn while driving. Our new condo is located on a pretty busy street and to get to most places, you need to turn left out of the complex. I dread making this left turn. It can take a few minutes for traffic to clear in both lanes and it's an intense time for me. Oh, and don't even get me started on when I look in my rear view mirror and see another car behind me waiting to go the same direction. What pressure!

Am I the only one that gets stressed out when making certain driving maneuvers? Anyone else?

Nope! I get freaked out too. And I pride myself in being a fearless driver. ALL JUST A SHOW!

I only get freaked out when I'm driving in the city and I don't know where I'm going. I think this comes from my mom's mentality to pull out whenever because, "They've got brakes." And I have an accelerator.

But I don't have a kid in the car to worry about.

You KNOW I get stressed out about driving! Mostly, I get stressed when I'm lost. I have a huge fear of being lost in Atlanta. But yeah, I hate it when people are behind me and I don't know what I'm doing. Driving. Yuck.

I get stressed out when it's really dark outside or pouring rain and I can't see the road very well, especially when the person behind me apparently can see and wants to go much faster than me. Maybe they're actually following me with a false sense that they will stay on the road by doing so!
