The point of this post isn't to talk about tanning. It's to talk about one of my biggest pet peeves: it's when a girl has done something to change her appearance and won't admit it. For example, right after Blake and I were married, I saw one of my old roommates at Blake's intramural soccer games. It had only been about 2 months since I had seen her and her hair was MUCH longer than I had remembered. We're talking by about a foot here! Well, I made a comment about her hair and she said she couldn't believe how fast it had grown. She wouldn't even fess up about getting her hair extensions! It was really funny!
Also, while I was in high school, one of my friends had her nose done. It was comical because she missed about 3 weeks of school and then came back with a new profile but wouldn't admit to anything.
Now, I have been tanning since I was in junior high and there was a point where I didn't like to tell people that my skin wasn't naturally bronze but I never lied about it! These girls aren't giving us enough credit if they actually think they are fooling us!

Kudos Lindsay! I like to call them little beauty enhancers! From face wash to a nose job, everyone "cheats" a little. No use hiding it!
My question is... If you don't get caught, do you tell?
Oh, Lindsey . . . You are so going to get cancer! Don't torture your body so! (If you must, though, just make sure you drink PLENTY of water!) I think people DO look better with a tan. I'm just not willing to lay still for so long. Even 5 minutes in the sun is irritating to me. It takes so much of my willpower to sunbathe. Plus, the whole cancer thing . . . :)
