Blake's sister Sara made the
best sugar cookies while we were in Georgia for Christmas. They were delicious so I decided to make them when we got home. I was a little intimidated by Sara's baking skills and wasn't sure if I could pull them off but I am proud to say that I did it!

I second that. Sara taught you well (it's the parchment paper!)
Hey, thanks! What nice things to say! Intimidated? Puh-lease! Most of the "secret" baking skills I've learned -- parchment paper, correct softness of butter, how to correctly cream sugar and butter -- has been in the last 1 or 2 years. Of course, mom really deserves the credit because she's taught me most of it since I was little. Anyway, thanks! I work really hard to improve my baking, and it's nice to know that other people (besides parents and siblings) notice!
