I'm Addicted to Tide

As a teenager, I became obsessed with washing my clothes. It started out that I would wear something once and then I would not put it on again before it had been "fluffed up" in the dryer. I drove my parents crazy because I would start the dryer early before school and it would wake the whole house up. This bad habit has stayed with me...only it has gotten worse. Now I wear something only once before I wash it. It does not matter to me if it is still clean. Yes, my jeans fade faster than most but I do not care. I feel like my clothes get stretched out when I wear them and the only way to shrink them back down is to wash them. For awhile, I felt dirty when I put something on that I had already worn without washing it. Well, Blake has had to put a stop to this since we moved into apartments that do not have washer & dryers in them. We have to use the laundry mat and since he is the one doing the laundry, I am at his mercy.

I am very proud to announce that just yesterday I wore a pair of jeans for the fifth time since washing them!

Way to go, Lindsey! I used to be that way too -- I NEVER wore things twice. I realized that I wasted a lot of water and detergent (i.e., money), though, so I changed. It was very difficult, but now I can say that I don't even know how many times I wear my jeans before I wash them! :)

Way to go, Bella! No if we can only get you go wear your pajamas twice...
